DIME was established in the spring of 1999, Founded by Todd Miller and Adeyemi Adegbesan. DIME the clothing line was a success in the local area of Cambridge, which grew into a successful website. The first DIME website was through geocities.com which had pictures of the clothing and some local ballers. A ".com" was bought in 2001 which introduced to the world Tru Baller. With the emergence of Tru Baller the number of people to view the site rose. From there a DIME team originated. Now DIME is an organization dedicated to promoting originality and creativity in urban culture. Through exposure and opportunity we develop young talent and and provide them with a platform on which to demonstrate their skills. In turn this gives youth the chance to have a positive impact on shaping their communities and an outlet that allows them to continue the pursuit of there goals.
